Living in different parts of the United States, I experienced many cultures and a beautiful tapestry of people. I studied wellness and what it means to live in optimal health. Nutrition, herbs, fitness, I researched everything that could raise the vibration of the human experience. What is the formula for living an extraordinary life and accomplishing your goals? It became clear very quickly that health was not based on just one thing, it was a way of life. And yet…I felt like something was missing.

Then I discovered the Modern Mystery School. I found metaphysical tools of empowerment that transformed my life.  I realized spiritual health was just as essential (if not more so than) as physical health.  I left the corporate world and focused my life around sharing these spiritual tools and teachings from the ancient lineage of King Salomon. I am a certified Guide and Ritual Master (spiritual warrior) within the lineage of King Salomon, which grants me the privileged honour to train and empower others through the transformational process of initiation and activation.

In addition to my personal service work of teaching metaphysical classes and facilitating healing sessions for my client-based practice, I also serve on the Modern Mystery School Headquarters team for the Western World.  Wearing multiple hats of administration, facilitation, teaching and healing has given me a deeper clarity of the inner workings of the King Salomon lineage, a clarity of what it means to not only walk a spiritual path, but to LIVE it.  Ultimately, this integrated wisdom and understanding opened my heart on a greater capacity to be on a Mission for world peace.

One of the ways my passion for helping others is expressed is being the co-captain of Team Light Canada/US.   Approaching our 4th annual 8K charity run, we are involved in the community by raising money for men, women and children who are in need of food, clothing, and various services.  Team Light represents hope in humanity, while creating an opportunity to challenge the self and inspire others for positive change.

This is who I am.  I am a healer, a teacher, a Guide and a Warrior of Light, reminding others of their greater individual potential.  By using the tools of King Salomon to clear and create new pathways of transformation, so that they may Know Thyself.
