From a young age, I felt drawn to the spiritual dimensions of life and believed the answers to humanity’s greatest challenges must come from within. Yet when real stress, pain, and loss showed up in my own life, the spiritual tools I had weren’t enough. I felt out of alignment, overwhelmed, and searching for something deeper — something that could truly anchor me.

My search led me to many paths, but it wasn’t until I discovered the ancient lineage and teachings of the Modern Mystery School that everything changed. This Path of Progression, rooted in the wisdom of King Salomon, is designed to help individuals “know thyself” at the deepest levels of body, mind, soul, and spirit. Through activations, initiations, and daily practices, it offers a way to build an inner “middle pillar” — a stable core that can withstand even the most challenging times.

As I began walking this path, I experienced profound transformation. I released long-held bitterness and anger. I found relief from stress I once believed came from the outside world, only to discover it was a symptom of being out of alignment with who I truly am. And through the tools and teachings I’ve practiced for more than 13 years, I’ve rebuilt my life after painful experiences — including trauma, a difficult divorce and the heartbreaking loss of my son.

This work gave me hope again. It helped me remember who I am, why I’m here, and what is possible. And that’s why I now share these teachings with others.
